Purple Pages provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service (hereafter referred to as TOS), which may be updated from time to time without notice to you. You should review the TOS periodically for changes.

An example of such an area would be the e-mail service, which is subject the separate terms of service and privacy policy of everyone.net in addition to our TOS and privacy policy. In the event of any inconsistency between the TOS and any separate terms of use of our partners, as the owners of the content, our partners terms of use shall prevail.

2. Public Content Posted to Purple Pages

2.9 You acknowledge that Purple Pages does not pre-screen content, but that Purple Pages shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse, move or edit any content that is available via the service. Without limiting the foregoing, Purple Pages shall have the right to remove any content that violates the TOS or is otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such content. 3. Member Accounts, Passwords and Security

3.1 In consideration of your use of Purple Pages, you agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the service's registration forms and maintain and promptly update the information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Purple Pages has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Purple Pages has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the service (or any portion thereof).

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to immediately notify Purple Pages of any unauthorised use of your password or account and any other breach of security, and ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.

3.3 You agree that Purple Pages in its sole discretion, may terminate your password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the service, and remove and discard any content within the service, for any reason, including, without limitation, for lack of use or if Purple Pages believes that you have violated or acted inconsistently with the letter or spirit of the TOS. Purple Pages may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the service, or any part thereof, with or without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the service under any provision of this TOS may be effected without prior notice, and acknowledge and agree that Purple Pages may immediately deactivate or delete your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar any further access to such files or the service. Further, you agree that Purple Pages shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any termination of your access to the service.

4. Confidentiality

4.1 Your confidential use of this site cannot be guaranteed by us. We shall not be responsible for any harm that you or any person may suffer as a result of a breach of confidentiality in respect to your use of this site.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

10.1 The TOS shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. This will not prevent Purple Pages from pursuing any claims in respect of a breach of these TOS in any other jurisdiction in the world. If any part of these TOS is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the validity or enforceability of the remainder will not be affected.
